The “Bagherkhan” home , the great contender of the Constitutional Revolution, known as the “Salar Milli”, is on the brink of total annihilation.
According to Gunaz Tv (the official media of South Azerbaijan) , as a result of neglect of the officials of the cultural heritage of the country,the Bagherkhan’s house has become a garbage dump and a gathering place for addicts .
The walls of this house are completely destroyed and only the door remains, which is the relic of the Qajar period.
The roof of this historic house of South Azerbaijan has collapsed in many places and caused a lot of damage .
If the urgent action is not taken to protect and restore it, this historic house of South Azerbaijan will be completely destroyed.
It should be noted that Bagherkhan house is located in the Salari Street of Tabriz city and is a century old. According to some local websites,the house has not yet been registered in the national monuments list of Iran.
