South Azerbaijan National Activist Transferred to Addicts and the Thieves Row in Mughan Prison

Tabriz, South Azerbaijan, Aug 3

According to Gunaz Tv (the official media of South Azerbaijan), Mr. Kiumars Islami the South Azerbaijan national and civil right activist was transferred to addicts and the thieves row by the order of the head of Mughan Prison.

The South  Azerbaijani activist after the hunger strike has been transferred to the addicts and the thieves row by order of the head of the Mughan Prison.

According to GAMAC from a reliable source, the family of Mr. Kiumars Islami prepared the bail for realizing of this activist, however, the court refused to accept the bail again.

Also, Mr. Kiumars Islami faced with severe mental and psychological condition from the very first day of the hunger strike by order of the head of the Mughan Prison.

The very bad condition of the sanatorium, the health and the mismatch of the other prisoners with Mr. Kiumars Islami, has caused concern to the family and friends of this south Azerbaijani activist.

Mr.Kiumars is an active South Azerbaijani and young researchers in the field of the history and culture of Azerbaijan. He is known among South Azerbaijan activists as “Araz“.

The Iranian regime has largely separated the South Azerbaijani political prisoners from other political prisoners and has transferred to addicts and the thieves row for increasing psychological pressure.
