Getting Marriage of Iranian Citizens with Foreign Citizens was Banned by the Iran Regime

The spokesman of the Iranian Civil Registration Organization announced that the marriage of Iranian women’s citizens with foreigners without obtaining a ” governors marriage license” is prohibited.

Seifullah Abu-Torabi, the spokesman of the Iranian Civil Registration Organization in an interview with  a sated media  said: “It is imperative to get marriage licenses from governors for women.”

According to the spokesman of  the Civil Registration Organization, the marriage of Iranian women’s citizens with  foreign citizens is banned.

Seifullah Abu-Torabi  also said that the women who would marry with foreigners without the consent of the governors of related state, the children of this marriage will be deprived of all state facilities.

Also, Ali Kazemi the  lawyer’s advisory of the regime’s judiciary stated that having a marriage license for women of Iranian citizens during getting marriage with foreign citizens is the main requirement basis on the  article 1060 of the Civil Code.

Ali Kazemi also threatened Iranian women’s citizens. He expressed  that if women do not receive the necessary permits during getting  marriage with foreign nationals “will definitely face with many problems in the future”.
