One of the students of “Azerbaijani Turkish language and literature” department at Tabriz University says: “The professors selected for this department did not familiarize with the Turkish language and all graduated from Persian Language and Literature department. They also do not accept speaking in Turkish.”
Ahmad Farshbafian the Director of the Department of Language and Literature at Tabriz University said:” Teaching Turkish Language and Literature based on the Persian language , it will be different from the common Turkish literature in the region, including the language of North Azerbaijan.”
He emphasized that the content of the Turkish language and literature at Tabriz University is completely different and new language.
It should be noted that Mr. Farashbafian is a native of South Azerbaijan. While over 90% of these professors who hired by Mr. Farashbafian do not understand Turkish literature, even in the most basic issues.
Based on which scientific documentation the university is going to hire the professors who have spent all his life learning the language of Persian literature.
This is the fact that studying Azerbaijani children in their mother tongue is still a dream and elimination of Turkish language is one of the main policies of the Iranian regime.
