There is no absolute news about the situation of the South Azerbaijan national and civil right activist Ibrahim Nouri after 2 months.
The family of this South Azerbaijan Turk activist can’t receive any information about the health condition of this activist more than 2 months.
According to Gunaz Tv (the official media of South Azerbaijan) quoted from reliable sources, Ibrahim Nouri is detained in section 209 of Evin Prison under control of the Ministry of Intelligence “Ettelaat”. They are Preventing the release of Ibrahim Nouri even on bill and he was transferred to the quarantine of Evin Prison.
It should be noted that South Azerbaijan national activist Mr. Ibrahim Nouri has arrested on the eve of the Babak Castle ceremony by Iranian regime intelligence office known as Ettelaat on Monday 2nd of July 2018.
The regime has made false accusations against Mr. Ibrahim Nouri like “acting against national security” and “propaganda against the regime“. Iranian government officials avoid the release of the south Azerbaijan activist Mr. Ibrahim Nouri.
According to Amnesty International, ” Ibrahim Nouri has been arrested many time only for peaceful activities, including taking part in home events, commemorating the International Mother Language Day in 2005, 2011, 2012 and 2015.
