Tabriz, South Azerbaijan, July 4
According to Gunaz Tv (the official media of South Azerbaijan), Three South Azerbaijan national and civil right activists with the name of Kiumars Islami, Faraj Nouri, Morteza Yazdani were arrested in Ahar, Mughan, and Urmia respectively. And the number of detainees and the threat of detention reached 25 till this moment.
It should be noted that Many South Azerbaijani activists have arrested on the eve of the Babak Castle ceremony in different cities in South Azerbaijan by Iranian regime intelligence office known as Ettelaat since Monday 2nd of July 2018.
The whereabouts of some of the South Azerbaijani activists like Mr. Abbas Lisani is unknown up to now.
According to GAMAC quoted from a reliable source in Ardabil city, the brutal beating Of South Azerbaijan national activists is ordered by the authorities of the Ardabil prison.
According to reports, activists who arrested in Ardabil after being transferred to Ardebil Prison, they are beaten by prisoners for no reason after entering a pre-appointed prison.
The names of the activists being beaten are as follows:
-Ali Vaseghi: Head fracture and bruises and bleeding of the right eye consequently cannot see.
-Rahim Gholami: tooth Broken and Rupture of his lips.
– Saeed Sadeghi Far: he has been damaged from the area of the ribs and has a respiratory problem.
-Mehdi Houshmand: The feet are in contact with the hard object which caused a leg fracture.
