A large number of South Azerbaijani students were arrested from various universities of South Azerbaijan cities, especially Tabriz University and Urmia University on Friday demonstration . The students were transferred to unknown locations by Iran regime’s Security officers.
Following the protests in most cities of Iran, Security forces entered into the house of South Azerbaijani art student Mr. Aydin Mohsen Nejad without providing a permit to enter the home and seized his personal belongings.
It should be noted that Mr. Aydin Mohsen Nejad is the director of the student community magazine with the name of “SOCIETY” in Khoy city.
According to Gunaz Tv (the official media of South Azerbaijan) , His father was arrested and the family was threatened by the regime’s forces,due to the absence of Aydin Mohsen Nejad .
Regime Security forces threatened by saying:”The father will be detained until his child introduces himself to intelligence agency of city.”
Other South Azerbaijani students with the names of Neda Ahmadi, a Student of Tabriz University, Siwan Kalami, a computer student at Urmia University, Ali Ghadiri, Alireza Momenian and Meysam Sharif are among those arrested by the dictator regime during a peaceful protest.
More than 20 people have died in national protests in various cities of Iran due to beatings and shooting of the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
